The User declares that the information provided during registration (Name, Age, Gender) is true. Xate is not obliged to investigate the authenticity of users' identities. Legal liability arising from false declarations belongs entirely to the User. Individuals convicted of sexual offenses are prohibited from using the application.

Virtual currency ("Coin") and subscriptions used within the application only provide access to in-app features. Coin is not a real currency and has no monetary value outside the application.

All purchases made via Google Play Store or App Store are subject to the payment infrastructure and rules of the respective store. On the part of Xate, there is ABSOLUTELY NO right of arbitrary refund, cancellation, or withdrawal, except for technical errors (balance not loading, etc.). Xate cannot be held liable for expenses and balance additions incurred due to usage of the device by someone other than the Account Holder.

Users can accumulate balances by watching advertisements, completing tasks (Offerwall), or receiving gifts from other users.

• No Employment Relationship: The fact that the user generates income through the application does not create an employer-employee relationship with Xate. The amounts sent are in the nature of a "Reward" or "Gift".
• Abuse and Fraud: In cases where Offerwall tasks are performed with cheating, VPN usage, or fake referrals (fraud) are detected; Xate reserves the right to delete all earned balances and withhold payment.
• Payment Initiative: Converting reward balances to cash or sending gifts depends entirely on Xate's operational decision. The Company may cancel transactions it deems suspicious.
• Taxation: Tax declaration and payment of the income obtained are entirely the responsibility of the user.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure (Ban) of the account:

• Prostitution and Illegal Services: Demanding money for sexual intercourse, promoting prostitution, offering or seeking escort services through the platform.
• Offense to General Morality: Sharing nudity, pornographic content, child abuse and materials, violent images, or prohibited substance usage or promotion in Public areas.
• Fraud: Asking for money from other users via IBAN, cryptocurrency wallets, etc.
• Hate Speech: Insulting based on race, religion, language, or sexual orientation.

Xate reserves the right to close the accounts of users who violate this agreement without prior notice and without assigning any reason. Banned users;

• Lose their remaining Coin or subscription rights.
• Cannot claim any fee refund.
• Are prohibited from opening a new account.

Xate is solely a digital introduction tool. Xate is UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES LIABLE for theft, violence, harassment, or other judicial incidents that may occur in face-to-face (real) meetups of users outside the application. All risk belongs to the user.

The application is provided "As is". Xate does not guarantee that the application will work uninterruptedly, be error-free, or that the user will find a match/marriage meeting their criteria.

Attempting to solve the application's source codes through Reverse Engineering, accessing API systems without authorization, using bot software, or data scraping is a crime. Legal action will be initiated against those who engage in such activities.

In any dispute arising from this agreement, the laws of the country where Xate Inc. is registered shall apply, and the relevant Courts and Enforcement Offices shall be authorized.
